General Information
- Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from Seattle.
- Processing Time: Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Rate: Variable Rates - Shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight of your order.
Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available on greeting card orders with applicable promotional codes, valid for domestic U.S. orders only.
Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to frames, ornaments, DIY kits, wall art, or any international orders.
Shipping Carriers:
- Primary Carrier: Orders will be shipped via USPS by default.
- Alternative Carrier: Orders can be shipped via UPS if specified by the customer.

- Arrival Times: Estimated delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
