- Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from Seattle, WA, USA
- Processing Time: Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and holidays.

- Variable Rates: Shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight of your order.
- Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on greeting card orders of $50or more.
- Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to frames, ornaments, DIY kits, wall art, or any international orders.

- Primary Carrier: Orders will be shipped via USPS by default.
- Alternative Carrier: Orders can be shipped via UPS if specified by the customer.
