Yes, all of our products are handcrafted with care. Our greeting cards, and framed wall art are made using quilling techniques, and our crochet items are individually created by skillful talented artisans.

4. Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we welcome custom orders! If you have a specific design or idea in mind, please contact us, and we’ll work with you to bring it to life.

5. What is the largest size you can make a quilled picture
The largest size we offer is 297 mm x 420 mm (29.7 cm x 42 cm or 11.7 in x 16.5 in).

6. Can you make a larger size than that?
Due to limited resources, we don’t take orders larger than this size. We also don’t recommend going bigger because the beauty of quilling lies in seeing the fine details along with the overall picture. With a larger piece, it becomes harder to appreciate those details since you’d have to stand farther away to take in the whole artwork.

7. How long does it take to receive my order?
Our standard processing time for handmade items is typically 1-2 business days. However, custom orders may take longer. For new items, we need additional time to create and test draft versions, such as working on new pictures or patterns. Additionally, our custom orders queue is often long, which can extend the processing time to a month or more. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available through our website.

9. Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within US

10. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.
